As promised, following up with photos of our South Bend bungalow adventure!

We drove to Indiana in August for parenting time, work, and move in. We packed the pickup with mattresses, a variety of household goods, and plenty of caffeine.

Shopping trips were frequent, to say the least! We quickly got into a cadence – I worked during the day while Dan put together furniture, then after work, I’d head out to stores while he wrangled kids.

Of course, set up wouldn’t be complete without at least one trip to IKEA…

By the end of the week, we were ready to go live with our listing! It was a lot of hard work, and a few minor meltdowns, but we did it!

I’ll be adding some decor to this wall on our next trip!

When we returned in September, we installed this amazing wall mural. I am SO thrilled with how it turned out!

I’ll admit that I may have caught the investing/STR bug, b/c I’m already scanning real estate listing for our next purchase!
