Y'all know that I love to cook, so when the opportunity came along to try out this pan – I quickly said "yes, please!". Honestly, I have a TON of pans, but they are a hodge-podge of discount cookware & hand-me-downs. Here's what I have to say about this pan…

It rocks. I only needed the tiniest amount of butter to cook eggs perfectly (yes, I cook with butter. Grandma Bea would be proud!). Cleaning this pan is a breeze, which is important b/c my darling son often makes eggs after school, and apparently doesn't know where the sink is (right next to the stove). The fact that this pan is also eco-friendly? Bonus! The stainless steel handle stays cool, which surprised me for some reason. I'm also a fan of the weight of this pan – compared to some of the cheap ones that I have, it's solid.
