project life : week six.
Here we go…
Week 6 full spread.
Left side – October Afternoon journaling card, text treatment on the movie square inspired by Elise, that's life sticker by SRM stickers, American Crafts thickers, and some vintage Scenic Route. Oh, and that brilliance at the bottom? Let's take a closer look…
Barb, Em, Steph & Angie – all.time.greatest email thread.
Inserts this week – a little retail therapy! I used this Martha Stewart page protector – it's such a handy size!
The second insert is the content card from my Feb Conscious Box delivery. I used this C-Line 4×6 page protector – it has an adhesive strip on one side, so it's attached to the larger page protector (used my Cropadile to add a hole). I'm kicking myself for not saving the Jan box insert – I might email the company to see if they have any left over.
Right side – little house chipboard from American Crafts, more October Afternoon, and the little butterfly punch by Jenni Bowlin for Fiskars. I also used my new Epson printer to print these mini-wallets – love the one of my Conscious Box over the quote card, not loving the 3 on the Pinterest inspired – the tilt bugs me.
I'm trying to remember to add little details – like how much my grocery bill was. I think that it will be interesting to compare prices years from now.
In the lower corner, I wanted to include 2 smaller photos – so I just dropped them both onto a 4×6 photo in PSE. Added text using CZ's days & months (30% off right now!)
This probably goes w/o saying – but I'm still loving this project.

C-Line protectors are my every-day solution. I like that they give scrapbookers archival quality and acid-free protection for the projects. Glad someone use it too.

it goes without saying I love our little match game! I also love the grocery bill idea. I have been keeping receipts but they never make it into the spread. I love the idea of adding the total right to the picture!
AngieOh
So adorable. I am totally stealing the receipt with grocery pics. Brilliant! 🙂

Where did you get the page protector you used on the left hand page? Is it one of Beckys? I can’t seem to find it. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kate! I’m using We R Memory Keepers for my “main” page protectors. http://www.amazon.com/12×12-3-Ring-Photo-Sleeve-Refills/dp/B003H2EFSG/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1329604611&sr=8-2

Ha – I know, inbox zero! I’m finding that I just can’t get to zero every day – but at least once a week, I do.
Katrina Simeck
thanks Sarah! Yogi teas are definitely my favorite 🙂

I’m struggling a bit with receipts, too – so adding the total makes it easier!

Wilda
i WANNA KNOW SAME THING TOO!!!!
Katrina Simeck
Hi Wilda! It’s a We R Memory Keepers page protector – it has 4 4×6 pockets & 3 4×4 pockets. There’s an amazon link above, but I believe that Scrapbook.com also stocks them.
