hello monday.
hello coconut oil. I've always been a fan, but my usage goes in spurts. I was psyched to try this suggestion from the Nourished Life. loooove.
hello quiet but busy weekend – never feel like I get enough done!
hello over-due new headshot (thanks for being my photographer, Austin)
hello wanting to fast-forward past tomorrow's (nauseating) "holiday" – apologies to those who are fans. I'm not.
hello to seeing "your package has shipped" in my inbox – happy mail on the way!
hello to Ohio later this week.

i’m totally doing this. have been a huge coconut oil fan for months, but haven’t yet found a good way to get it out of the bowl and onto my skin. by the way … little wrinkles on my face? totally gone since using the stuff. it’s a miracle! oh, and happy valentine’s day! nyah nyah!! ;o)

Hmm, maybe this way I’ll use the coconut goo in my cupboard. I am not a fan of any of the Hallmark Holidays. Must get on my Hello Monday … I’m out of the groove 🙂 LOVE the head shot!

Hello Hot Mama!

okay, funny that you say that about wrinkles on your face…I cautiously used some on my face last night & felt like I woke up puffy looking. Which did make wrinkles less obvious – but was NOT a good tradeoff.

it’s awesome-ness. i’m going to ask our chemists for a bit of lime oil. you put the lime in the coconut…
