not quite sure…

Hmmm, I thought that the film strip would be cool….but now I’m not quite sure. I’ll have to play with it more this weekend. Isn’t that how it always goes? You expect something to go one way, get it all worked out in your head, think it’s fine in the midst of it all….then the result isn’t quite what you wanted/hoped/expected? (and if you think this is all about the film strip, then you don’t know me well enough)

Sorting some stuff out right now. Working out some differences between one very dear friend…and one just-getting-reacquainted friend. A thousand times more complicated than I would have ever expected. The best attempt that I can muster this am is this…baggage carousels go around & around…if no one picks up their baggage, it just continues to circle. Possibly for 17 or 18 years. It will all be okay – I just haven’t figured out what "okay" will look like.

On a much more light-hearted note….Hope has her very first babysitting job tonight!!! She’s watching the boys for Gina so that we can go to Colby’s. She’s SO excited. I’m SO nervous. I wonder if my Mom was this nervous when I started babysitting?

Need to get ready for work. Do you know what happens at 9am today? Reality Update. The much-anticipated 15 minutes that June & I spend comparing notes on the previous day’s reality show…before we settle down to work. Today’s topic is, of course, SURVIVOR!!! Did you watch?
