Baby steps. I need to take baby steps and set myself up for success.
I will feel healthy and strong during at least one moment of my day.
I have the knowledge to make at least one smart decision today.
I will find patience and calm at some point today.

Ok. I love this. But why am I struggling with it? Somehow it makes me uncomfortable to say those to myself. To believe them. Maybe I need Barb’s “baby steps”.
Yikes. That sounds like a pity party. But thank you for the nudge in the right direction.
