As I sipped my coffee this morning, I clicked over to Lee's "hello monday" post…and from there, landed at this post at Prolific Living about affirmations. Ok. I love this. But why am I struggling with it? Somehow it makes me uncomfortable to say those to myself. To believe them. Maybe I need Barb’s “baby steps”.
