just a touch…

of fall color – the leaves on the pin oak in our front yard are just starting to turn. P1010011_1

A super busy weekend for us, with an equally busy week ahead. We sat down for a family scheduling meeting tonight…just to make sure that we’re all on the same page.

I’m starting to panic…just a bit…about the craft show at the end of the month. While it’s easy to say "okay, I’ll do x number of albums per day"….it’s not so easy to be creative on cue. I’ve made several albums tonight, and will do at least 3 more before bed. Really, I will. I have chocolate-covered espresso beans that will make it all possible.

Writing this (boring) entry is really just a distraction from the craft show work. I keep reminding myself that if we’re successful, I’ll have some extra scrapbooking money at the end of the month. Bribing myself with promises of new Arctic Frog and more ribbon…whatever works, right?

Fall, what’s that? I remotely remember learning about something called fall in school once…. It’s 78 and it look slike it’ll be mid-80’s by the end of the week. No fall here. Just yucky smog and heat. Feel free to post more pictures of the leaves. Those of us in CA don’t get enought of that.
