honey, I’m home!
Really, does anyone actually miss my blog when I’m gone? Yep, I DO!! It’s funny, but I do miss writing for this silly thing. And I definitely miss reading other blogs…I had to log on to read a few late last night.
New York was fun/tiring/interesting/boring…bottom line? It was work. Trade shows are brutal. Long hours, bad food, plenty of dumb people. We give away sample lip glosses at our booth. I lost count of all the people who stopped, picked up a gloss, and said "is this lip gloss?" NO, Einstein, it’s an alien life form trapped in a vial of pink goo…DON’T OPEN IT!!
A fun thing about our stay – guess who was the doorman at the hotel directly across the street from our hotel? Judd from Survivor!! I was going to drag someone over there with me to get a picture taken with him, but he was off duty yesterday. Darn! I’m told that our doorman is often on Letterman…I don’t watch Letterman, so I can’t confirm that. 
Well, I’d better head out to work. I’ll post over the weekend…hopefully something much more insightful than this entry!

You are kidding me? The doorman was Judd? I’d have been stalking the dude. I SO LOVE NYC, even when I’m there for work. There is just something about that city that enchants me. And trade shows… aren’t they just the most exhausting things on earth? It is hard to talk to the idiot public all day long. Welcome home. I, for one, did miss your blog!
