project life : week three.
How many weeks does it take to establish a habit? Still in a good groove with Project Life. Here's week 3 -
week three: the spread.
page one.
thinking that "Austin said" will be a regular feature. witty kid.
week three had a really rough spot. lots of tears. journaling is hidden in the fold. docmented & moving on. (thanks to Barb, Becky & a lot of wine). oh, that Ali E today stamp? Picked up in a kit about 4 years ago and just opened it up. hoarder much?
insert (from…say it with me…pinterest)
week three : page two.
hotel room self-portrait.
Deep thoughts from week 3 – 1) I definitely found that my color/paper choices reflected my mood. Darker colors. More black. 2) It's fun to dig out really old supplies – the Ali E stamp, some AC stickers, a Fontwerks rubon. I've also been discovering a few things that just need to be tossed. PL purging! Good times.
I'd love to see your week three!

Absolutely LOVE your style. Just found you through, say it with me, Pinterest, and so glad I did. I’m 37 and it’s great to see someone close to my age that also likes to play with paper and glue while being witty and real.

Your quote really spoke to me! I also have that Ali stamp but I use it quite a bit, I used it on most days of my December Daily last year, I am using other bits from that kit that I had stashed away, the words stickers are my thing at the moment.
Katrina Simeck
thanks Stacey! I actually might have other bits from that kit, too – I need to check. Thanks for the reminder!

Oh, I just LOVE, love, love your style and all the cool things you include on your pages! It’s a good reminder of the “extras” i should be including in my PL albums. I like your little add-ons on the car thermostat pic.
Quick question: Where did you get that “the Good Stuff” journal card?
“PL Purging???” EeK! I’m just getting started and I need more shtuff!! LOL 😉
Katrina Simeck

Katrina Simeck
thank you so much Becka! The extras are my favorite 🙂 The good stuff journaling card is from October Afternoon – it’s pretty old – their Weathervane Line, I believe.
