project life : week eleven

That's right folks…it's week 11!! I'm happy to say that I haven't lost that lovin' feeling. (And that's not just the pain meds talking.)

W11full

week 11, with 2 inserts.

W11leftside

week 11 left side. consciously backed away from the red for a bit – subbed in a more mellow orange. some details:

W11robert

got this AWESOME gift from my little brother this week. I've been a fan of The Prophet ever since Bryan introduced it to me in high school (BF, if that was a ploy to pick up chicks…it worked). I photographed the book & note, and then slipped the actual folded note behind.

W11austin

words of wisdom from austin. he's clever, that one.

W11pain

I was reading Learning to Breathe this week, and came across this quote. Timely, eh? Type inspiration from Elise.

W11rightwinsert

week 11, right side w/insert

W11cboxinsert

the second, smaller, insert – the contents list from Conscious Box.

W11rightside

week 11, right side. details:

W11eggs

the battle of the eggs. i'm still not sure who is winning.

I had the egg trifecta this afternoon.
    1. PB egg
    2. Cadbury egg
    3. Ferrero Hazelnut egg
Don’t judge. It was a rough day.
Love your Week 11. Love that you have it finished already, too.

Great pages, I am surprised too that I have kept up with this project and I am enjoying it.
My kids are getting it too, so is the Husband – the boys are asking “do you want this for your album” or “is that going to end up in the album” My Husband is very kindly emailing me his instagram photos, which I think are fab – I am surprised by this too as I didn’t really get what all the fuss was about.
Eggs with Creme centres of any description – Major YUK we have quite a variety here in the UK Thanks to Mr Cadbury and Mr Mars, especially around this time of year, I’ll send you some if you want to do a tasting and comparison test !

Sweet boy! I’m not sure my kids would have any interest in what I’m working on 😉 I wanted to ask – I’m following Elise as well, and I can’t quite figure out those fonts. Help? thanks. btw, I’ve loved your reds, but this week’s layout looks really great, too.

Your blog is one of my favorites. Your Project Life book looks just like what I want mine to look like. It’s so lighthearted, I have a tendency to take this whole thing too seriously. I like to look at yours to get ideas on how to make it look more fresh and colorful and fun. Thanks a bunch!

I love everything about your pages this week. I had to laugh–I had a photo of a cadbury egg too. (It didn’t make it into my main pages, but will be in my monthly collage.) Love those things! Inspired by your little quote box about your son and the quote about pleasure and pain. Awesome!

I’m famous! I’ve been in your project life twice!! 🙂 Let me know when you find the Cabury peanut butter eggs. I want one <3!

I love your particular take on PL. Really fun & meaningful. Great quote from Austin!! My DD has looked through my PL a couple times already… I’m going to have to pay attention if she says anything about it.

i TRIED to start PL. i really did. then i abandoned all hope. however, austin’s quote really struck me, and now i can’t wait to start *next* year’s. sad. but i bet i can do month-glance this year instead of week-glance, as practice. i think there needs to be something big and noteworthy, but there really doesn’t. just the little bits of life. i forget to pay attention to those. so, thanks, austin. ;o)
