our weekend in b&w

Really digging b&w lately, and the way that it soothes the chaos of life…

We kicked off the weekend with Friday night bingo at the kids’ school. After many, many rounds, we finally won…twice!

Saturday mornings start on the reading rug. We’ve also been reading & practicing Peaceful Piggy Meditation.

Our new kitchen island is a fave breakfast spot these days.

This guy asked to take his bean bag out to the side deck.

Enjoying the sunshine, and greeting all the neighbors who were out for morning walks with “Good morning! It’s sure a beautiful day!”

Park & playground fun makes this girl happy.

I took this pic when we were out to dinner, and said “Maybe I should take one without chicken in your mouth…,” to which Mackie responded “Uhm, Katrina? That’s a french fry.” Details are important, folks.

Seems like a good place for hide & seek…
