on the road : RISD
Austin & I hit the road this week for a quick stay in Providence. Day one was an epic fail – a route that was supposed to bypass Boston, but didn't + a terrible dinner = two tired, cranky travelers.
Thankfully, day two was a smashing success. A beautiful, warm day tht invited miles of walking through the RISD and Brown campuses, the arts district, and the financial district. We climbed college hill several times.
Even though Hope had to stay behind for work, we saw her name everywhere…and it made us smile.
Such ornate buildings.
Amazing street art.
The urban monks who pray in tongues & rap in esperanto.
Breathtaking buildings everywhere.
And, most importantly, a completely inspiring program on that beautiful campus.
It's early in the process, but RISD is definitely a contender….

How fun!! Isn’t Providence just beautiful?
How many more tours are you taking? What a fun time for your boy.
