today i

on a sunday.

Today i

*today I am laying low. Woke up with serious/severe back pain. I'm so frustrated that I haven't resolved this yet! First it was my hip – or was it? I'm now wondering which came first and what caused what – hip pain + back pain.

*today I am feeling overwhelmed by all of the things that I want to / need to / get to do. My monkey mind is in overdrive.

*today I am loving every minute of my new iphone. Every minute except for battery life. Words of wisdom to keep this thing charged?

*today I am pondering new adventures and missing good friends.

*today I am looking forward to 30 Days of Lists starting on Thursday. Thinking that they will be a great addition to Project Life

*today I am making potato soup & grilled cheese. It's a comfort food day for sure.

I end up charging mine most every night. I don’t know if that’s normal or if mine uses more than most. Love instagram, and I’m also looking forward to #30Days!! Will be fun to see you over there. I’m sorry you’re feeling less than well. I hope that you figure out your back and hip issues soon. I suffer from chronic back pain, so can relate! Also suffer from monkey mind, just never knew it was called that — but it makes perfect sense! Sending lovingkindness your way today.

i charge every night too – be sure to close apps when you aren’t using them. google it “how to close iPhone apps” if you don’t know how. apps that are constantly going to the internet for “updates” use more power (things like words with friends checking to see if any of your opponents have played recently). close apps for extra battery power – and be sure to use the most recent version of the iOS. good luck and ENJOY!

Hadn’t heard of 30 days of lists.looks awesome!
I pretty much charge my phone every 1 or 2 nights, overnight. I don’t mind too much.
And we had grilled cheese for dinner, too. YUM,

double click your home button & all open apps will pop up in a line down the bottom, hold to close each one, turn off bluetooth, wifi & gps when not using them.

We downloaded an app called Boost Magic – seems to help a little. Back/hip pain -aughhh! I call it my pregnancy pain – 21 years ago it started. And I swear the spot where I had my epidurals is so sore and achy sometimes. Acupuncture helped my dad with is hip pain….but I just told my husband the other day I may need a new hip!
