oh, wednesday.

*Ack, I missed Ventage Tuesday! I love Angie's post, and I am totally committed to putting together my spring wish-list…but it is going to have to wait a day or two.

*This week has already been a whirlwind. We had a snowstorm that closed schools and turned everything into a winter wonderland…except, IT'S SPRING. I kept thinking "oh, it's so pretty!!" and then I remember that some of my western-dwelling friends are wearing short sleeve shirts w/o jackets…and then I start to get bitter.

*Speaking of western-dwelling, this sweet friend turned 40 today!

This is his first birthday without his Dad, and my heart is breaking for him….but I know that his Dad is absolutely beaming with pride today. Sending him so much peace, love, and birthday wishes.

*I did manage to catch up on a bit of Project Life this past weekend – just haven't managed to photograph it! I'll get there, I promise. Even though I'm behind, and even though I can't quite find the adoration for it this year…I am still so glad that I'm documenting the everyday.

*I had an appointment with a kinesiologist today. Like, woah. This is going to be GOOD.

*A question for gluten-free readers – how long did it take for you to feel better/different? I'm on week 3, and I can't honestly say that I feel a big difference.

How was YOUR wednesday?

i can’t wait to hear more about your treatment with a kinesiologist. i’ve just started seeing a physiatrist (sp?) and she has mentioned kinesiology to me and I am equally intrigued. I am being tested for some muscle disease along with a degenerative arthritis issue, both of which I cannot pronounce, remember, or spell. (denial much?) do share, do share!

I noticed a difference on day one, and then nothing for about three weeks – that’s when the magic began. I did however notice more of a difference after re-introducing gluten than I expected.
    but.
if you aren’t someone that struggles with inflammation or gastric issues, it may be a little harder for you to feel the differences. Especially since (as far as I can tell) your diet is already healthier than most people who make the gluten-free switch. Hope that helps?
