a pat on the back for me…
things that I am proud of myself for after talking to Hope’s Dad about going to mediation to determine new visitation arrangements…
*I did not cry in front of him
*I did not allow him to drag me into a past issues conversation (he tried really hard)
*I did not allow him to blame me for this situation (I must have said "you have made this choice" at least a dozen times)
*I stood my ground on having a mediator involved in ANY agreements
Yay for me. For those of you who know him, you know why I deserve a pat on the back.

Totally been there as well. First marriage ended after one year but we share a 14 yr old son. Split custody and it’s a mess sometimes. Good luck…here if you need to vent.
