A fun challenge from 2peas…with thanks to Sophia….

2005 In Review
JANUARY
1. Did you have a new year’s resolution this year?: A few…one – to maintain my weight (did OK for most of the year), two – to dress up more for work (we’re a VERY casual office that can tend to get a little tie-dyed & jeans…I did OK for most of the year on this one, too), and three – to continue to get out of debt (uh…moving on to question #2)
2. Who kissed you at midnight?: Rob, Hope, Austin…in that order.
3. Did it snow where you live?: duh.
5. Have you ever been to Times Square to watch the ball drop?: No…and really no desire to.
FEBRUARY
1. Who was your valentine?: Bo Bice. Just kidding…
2. What did your valentine get you?: Chocolate, I’m sure.
3. When you were little, did you buy valentines for your whole class?: I think so…since we moved every year, I’m sure I was still trying to learn everyone’s names.
MARCH
1. Are you Irish? yes.
2. Did you wear green on St. Patty’s Day?: I wear green all the time, so I’m certain the answer is yes.
3. What did you do for St. Patty’s Day?: Nothing special.
APRIL
1. Do you like the rain?: Warm rain – yes. Cold rain – no. Freezing rain – BIG no.
2. Did you play an April Fool’s joke on anyone this year?: Not this year, but…one year, we played one on this guy in our office who eats cereal for lunch every day. We switched all the inside bags of his cereal boxes, and glued one box shut. I’m still afraid that he’s going to get revenge.
3. Did you get tons of candy on Easter?: Not tons, but definitely my FAVORITE…Cadbury Creme Eggs. Oh. My. God. LOVE those.
MAY
1. What’s your favorite kind of flower?: Sunflowers & daisies.
2. Do you like the spring?: yes – even though it doesn’t happen until freakin’ JUNE here.
3. Finish the phrase: "April showers bring…": snow. Oh, you want the real answer? May flowers, of course.
4. What would you think of as a spring color?: yellow. And pale green.
JUNE
1. What year did you graduate from school?: 1989
2. Did you go on any vacations last June?: In June….ummm…nope.
JULY
1. What did you do on the 4th of july?: Had a big party to celebrate my parents’ visit from OK (like, the BEST 4th of July EVER!)…and watched the fireworks from Bayside.
2. Did you go on any vacations during this month?: No…b/c my parents were visiting.
AUGUST
1. Did you do anything special to end off your summer?: Went to a family reunion in Endicott, NY for Rob’s family (Dad’s side). Fun stuff.
2. What was your favorite summer memory of ’05?: my parents’ visit
3. Did you go swimming a lot in the summer?: I actually don’t think that I even went once.
4. Did you go to the beach a lot?: To Bayside Beach, yes…but that’s not really a beach.

2. Who is/was your favorite teacher?: Larry Smith – my debate/forensics teacher & coach. And Mrs. Ruben – my 7th grade teacher.
3. Did you like fall better than summer?: Yes.
OCTOBER
1. What was your favorite halloween costume ever?: Probably the daisy getup that my Mom made for me in…uh…1st grade? NO, wait….the year that Renee & I dressed up as a HHS ID Card. We were soooo cool.
2. What’s your favorite candy?: I don’t play favorites when it comes to candy. If you’re chocolate, I *heart* you.
3. What did you dress up like this year? No costume…but I wore cute Halloween socks.

1. Whose house did you go to for Thanksgiving?: Stayed home, and my inlaws came up from Endicott, NY.
2. Do you like stuffing?: Yep – especially the Sausage, Apple, Walnut kind that I make.
3. What are you thankful for?: Family, friends, health, our house, good coffee, dark chocolate, strong adhesive, pretty ribbon, Joss Stone, Bo Bice (sorry, it’s a long quiz)

4. What’s the best present you ever got for christmas?: I can’t really name the "best" present that I ever got…but there are some that stick in my head. Like the record player that I got in 2nd grade that came with a bunch of strange 45s…the reason why I’ll forever be able to sing some random song about a dead skunk in the middle of the road.
5. Do you like cold weather?: ROFLMAO. No. And I live in Vermont. Go figure.
6. How would you rate your year on a scale of 1-10?: 8.5-9.0 (similar to another rating that we won’t talk about b/c we swore it to secrecy on a girl’s night out…LOL)
