A vent about poor service…
Seems that I’m a magnet for poor customer service today.
Vent #1: I rec’d an order from 2ps.pictures last week. I had ordered the 5x7s w/white borders. When the prints arrived, they had been cut incorrectly, so one side’s border was "normal" and the other side barely had a border. I emailed the company to let them know that the prints were cut incorrectly, and they assured me that they would reprint & send replacements. Those replacements arrived today. Borders look great. BUT, this time, the B&W prints that I ordered were printed in color. I notified them AGAIN to tell them that the prints were still wrong. I just rec’d an email back, stating that in my original email, I hadn’t mentioned that the prints were B&W….HUH? The ORIGINAL ORDER lists them as B&W…why did I need to say that again????? Now they’re asking me what I want them to do. I said "do nothing" because I really don’t even want to deal with them right now. So much for loving 2ps.pictures.
Vent #2: I uploaded some pics to Costco this am, and rec’d the confirmation that they would be ready by 3:00. I rec’d another email at 2:08, saying "your prints are ready!" I drove to Costco. NO PRINTS. Their machine is down. How in the world does their system generate a "your prints are ready" email when their equipment is down??? I was told that it would be at least 2 hours before the prints were ready. I left.

I didn’t know that you could download pics at Costco online and then pick up at the actual store?

We use shutterfly and really have had great service. Quick too but that maybe b/c they are here in Ca! Not sure if they do the fancy stuff…just a recommendation!
